Summer Camp m.a.c.lab in Borca

m.a.c.lab and Progetto ICCS [ITA] are progettoborca‘s cultural partners.

The m.a.c.lab, Management of Arts and Culture Lab of the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice promotes the cross-curricular linkings between the cultural scope and the institutional, entrepreneurial, social, political subjects, involved in the growth of culture as driver of a social and economic evolution. Progetto ICCS (Industria, Cultura, Creatività, Sviluppo) (Eng.: Project ICCD (Industry, Culture, Creativity, Development) is a project of research by the m.a.c.lab, financed by the Veneto Region – European Social Fund.
The working team is made up of postdoctoral students and researchers coordinated by professors Fabrizio Panozzo, Monica Calcagna and Michele Tamma. Among the postdocs is Gianluca D’Incà Levis, director of the Nuovo Spazio di Casso, curator of Dolomiti Contemporanee and progettoborca, whose theme of research is: Cultural entrepreneurship and creative industries as factors of local development. Branding of the territories and creative regeneration. Rethinking nature and the industrial landscape through contemporary art.

On August the 25th, 26th, and 27th, 2014, in the former Eni Village of Borca di Cadore, the workshop Summer camp m.a.c.lab will be held.
